Peter Flammiger Executive Search & Selection is a privately owned, specialist financial recruitment company that was founded in 2002, and offers the highest standards of personalised service for companies looking to appoint key finance individuals to both permanent and interim roles.
Background
My early career was spent as an accountant, and included a period of seventeen years with the Schlumberger Group during which time I held a number of senior financial positions in the UK, Africa and Europe; and then later Chief Financial Officer appointments for the Middle East based in Iran and for the Far East based in Singapore.
On returning to the UK and wanting to utilise my experience but change the direction of my career I moved into financial recruitment in 1984 and co-founded Financial Management Selection, a successful organisation that was subsequently sold in 1989.
In 1991 I co-founded Chryssaphes Flammiger Associates a niche executive search company specialising in senior financial appointments where I remained until 2002 when I established the current company.
Rather uniquely my background brings together a real appreciation and understanding of the finance function from working within it for over 20 years, and an awareness and extensive network of key finance individuals from operating for over 30 years in senior financial recruitment.
